The full draft of the The Free and Compulsory Education for Children Bill, 2003 is available at the Department of Education's web site.

This raises some very serious issues which I have not seen covered in any of the mainstream national newspapers. I will try and analyse the implications in a future post.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am an M.Com graduate. I would like to pursue my MBA(Finance) through Distance Education at "Narendra Deva Univeristy of Agriculture and Technology" - Uttar Pradesh. I heard that they are offering lateral entry on (1 year) MBA for those who completed the Post Graduation.

I would like to know whether the 1 year MBA certificate is valid or not (i.e through lateral entry) & the univeristy is approved by UGC/AICTE.
