Non-Railway Persons: The applicants should be a 3-year diploma holder in any engineering discipline recognised by Central/State or Union Territory Government or a Science/Engineering Graduate or a graduate with Science/Maths as one of the subjects in Intermediate/Plus2 of SSC.
Application Details	The prospectus containing the application form along with othe details can be obtained from the office of IPWE (India), address given below by presenting personally or sending a DD for Rs. 75/- in favour of IPWE (India) payable at New Delhi alongwith a self addressed stamped (Rs. 15/-) envelope (size 25cm x 15cm)
