- Railway personnel including employees of Indian Railways, Konkan Railway, Port Trust Railways, RITES, IRCON, CONCOR, CRIS, DMRS and other Railway PSUs: Hih school/SSC or equivalent qualification with Maths or Science and having an minimum of 3 years experience in Railways or 3 year diploma in any engineering discipline recognised by Central/State or Union Territory Government or a Science/Engineering Graduate or a graduate with Science/Maths as one of the subjects in Intermediate/Plus2 of SSC.
- Non-Railway Persons: The applicants should be a 3-year diploma holder in any engineering discipline recognised by Central/State or Union Territory Government or a Science/Engineering Graduate or a graduate with Science/Maths as one of the subjects in Intermediate/Plus2 of SSC.
